We do not own, manage, or control the schools listed on the Site. We only provide a platform to display information and help users discover schools.

Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that:

You have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Nigerian law. If you are acting on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that school or organization.

Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account (for example, managing school listings, posting reviews, or accessing certain tools).

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Keep your login details secure and confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach

School Listings and Representations

School Owners / Administrators

If you are a school owner, representative, or administrator listing or claiming a school on NaijaSchools, you agree that:

  • All information you provide (name, address, fees, facilities, photos, video, accreditation status, etc.) is true, accurate, and not misleading.
  • You have the right and permission to submit any content (logo, images, text, documents).
  • You will update your listing regularly to keep it accurate and current.

We may edit, modify, or remove any listing that:

  • Appears false, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate;
  • Violates Nigerian law or any third-party rights; or
  • Violates these Terms or our policies.

Users and Parents

Information about schools is provided by school representatives, public sources, or users. While we try to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee that:

  • All details are 100% up to date
  • All schools are properly accredited or licensed
  • Fees, admission policies, or contact details are correct at all times

You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making decisions about school applications, admissions, or payments.

User Content (Reviews, Comments, Messages)

You may be able to submit content on the Site, such as:

  • Reviews and ratings of schools
  • Comments, feedback, or questions
  • Messages or enquiries sent to schools

By submitting content, you agree that:

  1. You own the content or have the right to submit it.
  2. Your content is honest, fair, and based on your experience where applicable.
  3. Your content does not:
